Meet Kelly Torok
My name is Kelly Torok. I am the founder and CEO of KT Medical Staffing. Thank you for taking time out of your day to learn more about who I am and what the company stands for.
Background
I earned my Associates in Science in 2014 from New Mexico Military Institute, Roswell, NM and my Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2016 from Carson-Newman University, Jefferson City, TN. While in college, I worked as a CNA at a local hospital. Upon graduating with my BSN, I moved to Knoxville, TN and started my career working in the ICU/CVICU. After gaining experience at my first hospital, I began travel nursing after 3 years.I have worked as a travel nurse since, working in different facilities in Tennessee and California. I also worked as a nurse in Hospice, Private Duty Concierge Nursing, Placement Agent for Seniors, and Organ Procurement with One Legacy.
I worked as a bedside ICU nurse during the COVID-19 Pandemic which is what led me to establish KT Medical Staffing in 2021. During the pandemic I noticed there was a significant need for medical staffing companies that properly advocated for patients and staff and provided quality care. I take great pride knowing that the KTMS team strives to provide exemplary care in every setting.
Our Values
It has been an honor to implement three different components within KT Medical Staffing that help various people in the community, with the main focus of providing outstanding care. KT Medical Staffing consists of a Travel Nurse Agency, Private Concierge Medical Services, and Placement Agency.
